Following a successful career with the Federal Government, Mark chose to pursue his longtime interest in real estate professionally. Licensed as a sales associate in January 1986, Mark quickly began expanding on his personal experience as an investor, buyer, seller, and builder of various properties. By March of 1989 Mark was awarded the Graduate, Oregon Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. His ever increasing interest in the real estate profession led to additional education and experience, with Mark being licensed as a Broker in March 1991.
Mark's belief that there is always more to learn and his understanding that real estate is an ever changing profession inspired Mark to pursue the nation's highest residential designation. In November 1994 Mark was awarded the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation by the Residential Sales Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. This designation is held by less than 4% of realtors nationally.
