Chris and I want to thank you for selling our home. I can't believe that we had a firm offer with no contingencies only two weeks after the home went on the MLS. Just seven weeks after we first met you, I have the check from the title company in the bank.
We are happy to recommend your services to our friends and neighbors and hope you share this letter with prospective clients. When you first met us, you very tactfully told us what needed to be done to make our house ready for sale. You helped us pick a new paint color and even went with us to look at a house painted in the same color. Your list of experts for everything from window cleaning to carpet repair made getting the little things done easier. I realize that sometimes it is difficult to tell a seller that the price he wants is too high or the color he just painted the house is not attractive. You did so with a tact and honesty that was greatly appreciated.
